Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, compliance documentation, and backend access, all fees are considered earned upon receipt and are non-refundable. 

2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances: 

• Duplicate payment due to processing error 

• Company billing error (confirmed by transaction logs) 

• Cancellation before license placement or onboarding 

All exceptions are subject to management review. Written requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the billing date. 

3. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your financial institution. 

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting License Vault Realty is a breach of our Terms. We reserve the right to suspend services and recover associated legal and administrative costs if a chargeback is filed improperly. 

5. Policy Modifications

This Refund Policy is subject to change. All changes will be communicated through official channels. Your continued use of License Vault Realty constitutes acceptance of any revisions. 

Delivery Methods

License Vault Realty provides services entirely through digital and remote channels. Upon registration and payment, clients will receive access to their selected membership tier, referral tracking, compliance support, and other applicable tools via email or secure login portals. All services are delivered electronically. There are no physical products or in-person deliveries unless otherwise stated in writing. 

Collection

As License Vault Realty is a virtual service provider, no in-person pickups or physical product collections are necessary. All documentation, receipts, and service confirmations will be delivered via email or your client dashboard. Should you require hard copies of any documents, please contact us at [email protected] to request mailing options, which may incur a small administrative fee.

Payment Options

We accept the following methods of payment: 

• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) 

• ACH bank transfers (where applicable) 

• Secure payment processors such as Stripe or Square 

• Recurring billing for annual or monthly subscriptions (opt-in only) 

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant platforms. License Vault Realty does not store full credit card details on our servers.

We currently accept: 

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) 

• Bank Transfers (via ACH – limited availability) 

• Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay – if supported by your card processor) 

• Recurring Billing (auto-renewal for membership services only) 

We do not accept cash, checks, or payment via third-party platforms such as Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal unless expressly approved in writing.
